1. To provide you with a better ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) experience

   We have developed three ear canal models (large, medium, and small) in the app to suit different users. You can choose the one that best fits your needs for optimal noise cancellation performance.

   The product’s default setting is Ear Canal Mode 2 (medium), which fits most people. However, to prevent possible mismatches during first use—which could cause abnormal sounds such as whistling or squealing when ANC is activated—users experiencing these issues can download the PeatsAudio app to select the ear canal model that best fits their needs. Alternatively, gently rotating the earbud to find the optimal angle can resolve these problems.
   (Do not press the earbuds in too firmly, as blocking the vent holes may cause more squealing sounds.)

   First Use

   1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case. Open the lid to turn them on automatically. Close the lid to turn them off automatically.

   2. After turning on the earbuds, search for and select the Bluetooth device name on your phone to successfully connect SOUNDPEATS Air5.

   How to Reset SOUNDPEATS Air5

   1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and open the case lid.

   2. Reset: Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes white and red twice.

   3. Enter manual pairing mode: Press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds, and the indicator light will flash white until the earbuds connect successfully.

   How to Connect the Earbuds to Two Devices at the Same Time
   Enable the multipoint connection feature in the PeatsAudio app before using it. (Disabled by default; can be activated from the app.)

   Pairing steps:

   1. Turn off Bluetooth on Device A after successfully connecting the earbuds.

   2. Repeat the pairing operation to connect the earbuds to Device B.

   3. Turn on Bluetooth on Device A after pairing with Device B.

   4. Once the earbuds reconnect with Device A, the multipoint connection function is now active.

   About Charging

   How to Charge the Charging Case

   1. Connect the charging case to a Type-C charger. (Current should not exceed 1A.)

   2. If the earbuds remain unused for a long time, charge them at least every three months to prevent battery damage.

   What to Do if the Charging Case Doesn’t Charge
   Try using another working charging cable and charge the case for more than 10 hours via your computer.

   Compared to other electronic devices, earbuds have low power consumption. Therefore, to ensure charging safety, do not use a fast charger.

   Why Is the Battery Life Different Between the Left and Right Earbuds?
   Generally, the main earbud consumes more power. The difference can be up to 10%.
